Shipping policy:

  • Items will usually ship within 3 days.

  • Domestic shipping options include UPS Ground (3 – 7 days) or USPS Mail. At this time, we only ship to the Continental 48 States.
  • Packages that are refused at the time of arrival are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Payment Methods

Station Bay currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. All transactions on Station Bay are secure. US customers must include the CVV2 three digit number on the back of your credit card when placing an order. Orders will not be accepted without the CVV2 number. We also accept US Money Orders or Checks Money orders and checks will cause shipping to be held until checks and money orders are cleared.

If your credit card is declined or invalid, you will receive an e-mail stating that your card has declined or expired. Payment must be made within 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days, your order, and all open orders, will be cancelled.

Do you charge sales tax?

Ohio residents will be charged 6.75% sales tax.

When will I receive my order?

In Stock items usually ship within 3 business days.

What do the order status terms mean?

QUEUED: Your order has been received and recorded in our order system.

COMPLETE: Your order has been prepared for shipping.


Can I cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled prior to the items being shipped. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us via email or phone to cancel an order.


Can I return an order?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Station Bay. If you are unhappy with any purchase at Station Bay, you may return it within 30 days of the order arriving at you location for a refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. The merchandise must be in its original, unopened package and in the same condition as it was when shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
